TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Orders

Orders can be made in the following ways:

Online using the shopping basket using a Mastercard, Visa or Switch card via our secure server processed by Paypal
By Post, cheque or postal order made payable to Troutflies Customers from outside the UK can pay by International Money Order in Pounds Sterling.
By telephone or fax.

If you need any advice before purchasing then please telephone, fax or e-mail us and we will do our utmost to help you.

Please remember to give your full name and address to ensure there is no delay in dispatching the goods. This must be the same as the cardholder for security reasons.

2. Prices

Our company is not currrently VAT registered

3. Delivery

90% of our items are in stock, if not we will order in for you and may take slightly longer for dispatch, if you do have an urgent order requiring next day delivery follow your order through with an email and we will advise you if it is possible.

We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day the order is received. If any particular item is temporarily out of stock we will place it on back order and send it on to you as soon as it is received unless you notify us that you no longer want the item.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to the goods total at a reduced rate per order value, please see postage cost page

5. Taxes

The customer is responsible for payment of any local taxes or duties levied.

6. Returns Policy

Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers canceling their orders will have their payment refunded in full - minus shipping costs - within seven days of the company's receipt of the returned goods.

problem and we will issue you with a returns number to ensure you are refunded or have your goods replaced.
