Are my card details safe if I use your site?

Yes, we accept payments only by PayPal and Google Checkout, both use industry leading data encryption to keep your card details safe. At no time do we come into contact with your card details, keeping your information safe and secure.

Does this mean I have to have a PayPal account?

No, you don't need a PayPal account to send your payment. You can pay by Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro or Visa quickly and securely through PayPal without the need to have an account.

How do I create a Google Checkout account?

Visit the Google Checkout page to sign up. Having an account allows you to purchase quickly and easily from thousands of online stores and track your orders all in one place. Google's fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout, your card details are not passed onto us and you can even keep your e-mail address confidential if you wish.

Where's my order?

All our orders are processed with Royal Mail, wether this is standard service or recorded (at our discretion) This can take 1 to 5 working days. 90% do arrive the very next day but some can take longer. The majority of 'missing' orders have in fact been left with neighbours or are at the local sorting office awaiting collection, please check that this is not the case before contacting us. 

Do you have a privicy policy

We use the information you provide only for the purpose of your order, we will not pass any of your details onto anyone else. We do not at any time have access to your card details. We will contact you only regarding your order.
